Child abuse is still running rampant in the world despite the awareness of its existence; yet the Abrinq Foundation is determined to make a difference. Bringing even more attention to this blight, it positions each child as the protagonist of their own book. The tag line reads, "Write the story in the lives of those who need it."

Although this can be interpreted in several ways, Abrinq Foundation appears to be addressing the sad fact that many people who can help the cause are more concerned with fluff stories of celebrities and the like. Conceived and executed by Monumenta, an ad agency based in Brazil, the Abrinq Foundation ad campaign focuses on such forms of child abuse as child labor, domestic violence and homelessness. The powerful images were shot by Vini Goulart and Magneto Fotografia.
