Scrap Wood Coffee Shops

A21Studio Makes a Store from Recycled Wood

A21Studio has completed the 'Salvaged Ring,' a coffee shop that was made from scrap pieces of wood. Instead of throwing this material away, the firm realized the potential in using it for this new purpose.

The coffee shop is located in Vietnam, along a small road in the countryside. For the roof, the shape is curved in design, with everything underneath focused mainly around the central courtyard. It's also quite spacious allowing for a number of different visitors to come in and enjoy a nice cup of Java. Vietnam is also known to have some of the best coffee in the world, so having a coffee shop in the countryside is ideal for those on longer trips. Backpackers can have their morning iced coffee and then be on their way! Photo Credits: designboom, a21studio.vn
