Florentijn Hofman is currently showing an exhibition of her work at Galerie West in the Netherlands. The exhibit shows the artists penchant for oversized and lazy-looking stuffed animals.
The photos by Florentjin Hofman feature stuffed animals that are made to look giant (the size of a staircase, for one.) The artist also poses the animals in sleep-like fashions, sprawled across floors, or lazing around. The reason for it is left up to the viewer, but either way, these images are funny and quirky, and a bit ridiculous (in the best way possible.)
