Upcycled Fan Lamps

Fantasized by Sep Verboom is Made Using Waste Found in the Philippines

Fantasized is a clever name for the upcycling project taken on by Belgian product designer Sep Verboom. He was challenged by politician and environmentalist Hon. Nida Cabrera to create a new product out of the waste found in Cebu, Philippines. After packing his bags and heading to the city, he came up with the idea for Fantasized. He learned that Cebu is well-known for its weaving industry, which became central in his stunning designs.

Fantasized takes discarded fans and reinterprets them into stylish light fixtures. Full of color and texture, the Fantasized creations end up look incredibly chic and contemporary. Whether converted into ceiling lamps or floor lamps, they brighten up the space in more ways than one.
