Blappy is an innovative new smartphone messaging app that is designed to make it a little easier for people suffering from different degrees of auditory and visual disabilities to go about communicating with other people by making use of different sensory inputs and outputs.

Currently only available for Android devices, the Blappy messaging app is capable of converting text messages into voice and vice-versa, with users also given the ability to attach high-quality images. The screen also has an easy-to-use zoom feature that will help people with visual disabilities.
