The 2011 Mozambique Fashion Week Campaign Channels Age Old Arts

Looking a lot like last year's print ads for the occasion, the 2011 Mozambique Fashion Week (MFW) campaign is no less effective this year. Designed by DDB Mozambique, these advertisements take the form of tradition African textile art.

Flushed with a range of vibrant block colors, the 2011 Mozambique Fashion Week campaign depicts the country's elaborate and eclectic looks amidst slogans that describe the rich culture and mysticism associated with the east coast style. If there's any International fashion celebration that would inspire me most, I'm sure it's the one in Mozambique.
