You can get your very own mini me for a limited time only at the the exhibition space EYE OF GYRE in Harajuku from November 24 to January 14, 2013. But hurry, reservations are filling up fast through the company’s website www.omote3d.com.
The technology behind this futuristic product has been around for a couple of year’s now, but has been considered too expensive for the general public. The technology works by taking a 3d scan of a person the same way a photocopier operates.
Customers can pick from 3 sizes, S (10cm), M (15cm) and L (20cm) for 21,000 yen, 32,000 yen and 42,000 yen around $260 to $530.
