Geometric Fruit Bowls

This Wooden Fruit Bowl Has an Unusual Modular Shape

Wooden fruit bowls in the home are a dime a dozen but the one designed by Martin Gschwendtner turns the design of the traditional kitchen object on its head.

The bowl is not so much bowl-shaped as it is a geometric structure that can be put together or pulled apart when not in use. It comes in the form of three magnetized wooden slats made from oak that can be constructed to hold a couple pieces of fruit. When not needed, the wooden fruit bowl can be taken apart and put away.

These wooden slats make up a unique geometric structure that would function as an excellent kitchen item for people who live in modern homes.
