I have no idea what these people were thinking when they had their bodies inked with witch tattoos. Aside from Halloween, is there any time of year these are really appropriate?

I have to admit, I actually do admire the Disney Witch and the witch from the Wizard of Oz. I'm also impressed at how cross-eyed the woman with the pentagram as a hat can go.
