WIND AND SEA Taps Yohji Yamamoto for a New Capsule Collection

Takashi Kumagai’s ‘WIND AND SEA’ taps Yohji Yamamoto to aid the designer’s newest ‘WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO’ project. The project includes the release of a collection of t-shirts and hoodies, all decorated with ‘WILDSIDE’ logos and patterning. The project is based on the idea of "accidental beauty." The collection’s standout piece is a black ‘WIND AND SEA’ hoodie that has Yohji Yamamoto’s branding on the chest.

T-shirts feature the same branding in a monogram print or embroidered across the front. There are two neutral-toned options for the tees, the first being a white-on-black, and the second being a black-on-white colorway.

The collection launches on the WIND AND SEA website on June 17. Select Yohji Yamamoto and WIND AND SEA retail locations will also have the items for purchase.
