The Verts Kebap Car Offers Healthy Berlin Cuisine

The Verts Kebap food truck may be the smallest of its kind. Based in Austin Texas, the small eco cars specialize in Berliner cuisine with beef, lamb, chicken and vegetarian kepabs.

The dwarf-sized smart car contains refrigerators, sinks, warmers and a rear end tent, allowing the machine to operate like a full fledged restaurant. Verts Kebap's founders Domenik Stein and Michael Heyne oversaw the blueprints, and given the ingenuity of the design, they have mastered the culinary and engineering realms at once.

According to the site, the kebaps are also healthy as they form a part of the under 500 calorie menu. Fruit cups, chips, side salads and sustainable coffee blends can be paired with the nutritious wraps.
