Vello Launched the 'Sub' Folding Utility Bike with an Impressive Range

Vello launched the 'Vello Sub,' a lightweight, foldable, utility-focused e-bike with a maximum range of 155 miles per charge. The bike is available in two frame materials, a lightweight titanium version, and a slightly heavier chromoly steel version. Regardless of the chosen model, though, both bikes boast a maximum payload of 210kg and an impressive amount of cargo space. The vehicle features two seats with rear and front-mounted cargo racks, meaning this bike can function as a car replacement for daily errands in city scenarios.

The Vello Sub features a small connected display that synchronizes to a mobile device to enable a range of smart features, such as battery and mileage monitoring. Additionally, Vello opted for a tool-free design with the Sub, meaning its cargo racks, seats, and add-ons can be swapped without an allen key or screwdriver.
