As seen at the Specialty Food Association's Winter Fancy Food Show, many brands are turning their attention to plant-based foods—and Alter Eco is responding to the prevalence of plant-based diets by launching low-sugar vegan truffles. The all-new organic chocolate Superdark Truffles are plant-based and comprised of 80% Swiss-made cocoa and coconut oil, with just three grams of sugar per serving.
