A Swedish startup by the name of Uniti is bidding to launch an innovative and potentially revolutionary new urban electric car that is specifically designed to tackle the unique requirements and challenges of short-distance urban driving, while also making the experience hassle-free in terms of expenses and regulations.
This vehicle weighs only 400 kg and is powered by a 20-horsepower motor that allows the vehicle to hit a top speed of up to 90 km/h with a maximum range of 150 km, more than enough for the vehicle's intended use of urban drives. What's more, the Uniti cars are made from a high proportion of sustainable materials.
Currently the subject of a crowdfunded campaign over on FundedByMe, this urban electric car is looking to change the way people get around in cities for the better by offering more than enough range and reduced emissions.
