The Two Degrees Food Organization brings together consumers of North America with the starving children of Africa. This one-for-one meal plan business proposal allows any consumer to buy a granola bar with a meal donated to a starving child overseas. Much like Tom Shoes and Warby Parker, these one-for-one platforms are picking up heat in a consumer-based culture.
The co-founders of the Two Degrees Food Organization wanted to help end starvation and malnutrition while making an impact on a child's life. They believe their impact with a one-for-one program is much more beneficial than a donation from a large NGO. The food bars themselves are nutritious and perfect for an on the go snack.
