Ultra Portable Box Boats

The Transporter Boat Can Go from Folded to Seaworthy in Ten Minutes

Don't let the name fool you, the Transporter Boat does not have any affiliation in any way with Jason Statham.

All bad jokes aside, this unique boat from Better-Outdoors is designed for portability. It can be assembled in ten minutes and folded into a box and thrown on top of a car or in the back of a truck when not in use. The boat is low on frills, but its functional and can seat up to seven people.

The base model Transporter Boat can seat up to four people and comes with two pontoons and a nose cone; the pontoons can be used for storage or detached. The more luxe Transporter features an extra compartment, can seat seven and comes with two more storage pontoons. Better-Outdoors hasn't released official weight figures, but the company says that the Transporter Boat is lighter than lifeboats of comparable size.
