The underwater portraits from the Tim Tadder 'Fish Head' series are submerged with tension. Created as a personal project from L.A-based photographer Tim Tadder, who has worked on award-winning campaigns for brans such as Adidas, Budweiser, Coke Zero, and Gatorade. Through his work, Tadder visually communicates highly active live shots often revolving around sports, exploration and adventure.
In this series of images, Tadder is attempting to create a tension between the water and the faces being engulfed by it. Tadder illuminates the various reactions of his submerged models making them appear anywhere from fearful to playful. These aquatic portraits establish how truly skillful Tadder is at capturing the perfect moment to freeze-frame.
