The Towel Warmer

It heats bathrobes, blankets and even clothes, too

The Towel Warmer just made life a little bit more heavenly. Described and ranked as "The Best Heated Towel Warmer" by the Hammacher Schlemmer Institute, that hearty feeling of when you wrap yourself with a warm towel or put on a fresh pair of underwear on a chilly winter morning no longer requires periodically throwing it into the dryer to get it to that optimal toasty temperature.

At $99.95, the gadget might seem overpriced at first, but it wasn't ranked as "The Best" for no reason. Able to warm towels to a cozy 36 degrees celsius (97 degrees fahrenheit) in 10 minutes – compared to "lesser" models that took 20 – the towels were also adjudged to be able to heat the entire surface area and the inner most edges of a rolled towel consistently. The light and compact device can fit up to two towels measuring a maximum of 40 by 70 inches, while garments, including clothes and bathrobes, and blankets can also be heated. And in case you're fretful of what might happen if you leave the towels in there for too long, fear not; the device is designed to automatically switch off to "ensure safety" and preserve warmth.
