Multi-Generation House Designs

The Re-Gen House by EKAR Was Made to House Each Generation

Architecture firm EKAR creadted the Re-Gen House with the intention to house multiple generations at once.

The owner worked closely with the architect the create a unique and modern home out of the existing structure, to fit all three generations comfortably without making separate apartments. By purchasing the land next door, the team made a large renovation and expansion with three open houses blended into one. Using a clean white color scheme and tons of glass paneling, the home feels large and open while still providing privacy. The unique facade creates a modern contrast from the contemporary interior, with custom furniture in each room.
