The Raj is a New Taco That Draws Inspiration from Indian Cuisine

Torchy's Taco's latest Taco of the Month is a truly unique creation called The Raj.

The Raji is a taco that draws inspiration from the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Indian cuisine. More specifically, you'll find a masala-marinated 'trailer park chicken' tender, raita, Parsi salad, fresh mango, chili crunch, and fresh mind and cilantro. The whole thing is all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. As Torchy's Taco's CEO Michael Rypka explains, "Our Director of Culinary Innovation, Chef Cheryl Drummond, has spent a long time perfecting the Raj so it captures the authentic spices India is known for, while still putting the unique Torchy's spin on it."

The Raj is available at all participating Torchy's Tacos locations this October.
