The Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) has partnered with Act III Licensing and Brand Management to launch 'The Princess Bride' NFT collection.
The blockchain-powered collection intends to celebrate the cult favorite film, which was first released in 1987, by turning many of its classic characters, scenes, and quotes, into digital collectibles. "Being able to provide a modernized take on this film through its first NFT collection is a meaningful step for WAX and our continued effort to connect fans with their favorite IPs in new ways," said WAX co-founder William Quigley.
According to WAX, 'The Princess Bride' NFT collection will feature numerous drops of 900 exclusive packs, with 10 collectible cards per pack. Each pack will be priced at $100 US and will range in exclusivity from "common" to "rare" to "legendary."
