Prefabricated Vacation Retreats

The Casa Molina Was Made Off-Site and Delivered by Truck

Mexico-based Soler Orozco Arquitectos created the Casa Molina as a modern and luxurious vacation retreat. The home was prefabricated off-site, then delivered by truck as a request from a client. With unique design features, the home needed to be built in a workshop, fitting all road transportation requirements.

Assembled with steel and timber, the home stays true to its structure, keeping all support features unveiled as a design feature. The interior includes two bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a connected bathroom. The exterior has an open-air terrace that is perfect for entertaining and gathering.

The Casa Molina was handmade to meet each client request, with Soler Orozco Arquitectos going above and beyond to create a unique and open-living space.
