Part of a wider initiative dubbed 'Digital Airtel', this telecom app allows users to access the Wynk Music service, which offers music streaming through a database of over 2.5 million songs in a dozen different languages, as well as the Wynk Games portal with its 2000-strong games database.
By offering different multimedia, customer service and technical support services in one standalone app, Bharti Airtel is looking to streamline the customer experience to garner increased satisfaction and brand engagement.
