The Tatiana Plakhova NOOSPHERE Series is Out of This World

The Tatiana Plakhova NOOSPHERE photo series is absolutely mesmerizing. This Russian photographer has once again transported us to an alien planet by manipulating our own landscapes through digital art, photo illustrations and, of course, a little bit of Photoshop.

While Plakhova's Complexity Graphics art series purely showed off her illustrative talents and her Another California photo series brought these illustrations together with a deserted landscape, the Tatiana Plakhova NOOSPHERE photo series focuses on more urban settings such as cities, skyscrapers, bridges and so forth.

Another difference, or addition, seen in the Tatiana Plakhova NOOSPHERE photo series is her use of color. Basically, there is more of it, which shows that Plakhova plays off of her backdrops as much as she manipulates them.
