Table One Introduces New Canadian-Produced 'Goat Cheddar Cheese'

American food brand Atalanta has announced that its boutique dairy brand Table One has launched a new 'Goat Cheddar Cheese.' According to the brand, the new cheese is made from 100% Canadian goat's milk. However, unlike traditional goat cheeses, it blends cheddar textures with the mild taste of chèvre.

More specifically, the goat milk used to create the cheese was sourced from local Manitoba and Ontario farms that together belong to the country's largest dairy co-op. For those interested, Table One's Goat Cheddar Cheese will be available exclusively in a 6.3-ounce variation or a 6-pound loaf.

"This flavorful cheese is a testament to pure ingredients and artisan craftsmanship," said Andrea Berti, senior director of business development at Atalanta. "Its exceptional taste and texture make it the ideal addition to Table One’s line of original and all-natural products."
