This spring, IHOP is bringing home the bacon with its new Steakhouse Premium Bacon and its limited-edition Bacon Obsession menu.

Though IHOP is no stranger to adding bacon to its breakfast platters, the brand's new Steakhouse Premium Bacon is a gourmet offering. The Steakhouse Premium Bacon consists of a thick-cut piece of hickory-smoked that's drizzled with a maple glaze. This bacon is so thick that it's actually five times thicker than the brand's regular bacon.

The new Steakhouse Premium Bacon can be added to any breakfast combo for a small fee, or you can try it as a feature of the new Bacon Obsession menu. This limited-edition menu includes seven bacon-froward dishes like the Steakhouse Premium Bacon BreakFeast, Candied Bacon Pancakes, and the Oreo ‘N Bacon Waffle Sundae.
