LongHorn Steakhouse is Serving Up a Steak & Bourbon Ice Cream

LongHorn Steakhouse is about to turn steak into a sweet dessert with the debut of its new Steak & Bourbon Ice Cream. As unusual as it sounds, this new dish combines creamy vanilla ice cream with bits of juicy steak.

In an effort to make steak a little bit more summer-friendly, LongHorn Steakhouse has combined its signature meat dish with dessert to create the new Steak & Bourbon Ice Cream. The sweet and savory sundae combines two scoops of vanilla ice cream sprinkled with the chain’s exclusive char seasoning. The ice cream is then mixed with real pieces of steak and swirled with a Jim Beam Bourbon Caramel Sauce. If that weren't enough for meat lovers, the whole thing is then finished with even more chunks of steak.
