High Tech Serving Systems

Fast Food 2.0 for the Tech and Food Lovers

Forget what you know about fast food; a sushi restaurant in Tokyo run by the Genki Sushi Group has designed an impressive new way to serve food to customers – in eight seconds.

There are many differences between this restaurant and all others. The first, instead of traditional restaurant seating, customers sit individually along tables that are connected to the kitchen. Second, tangible menus don’t exist here. The restaurant solely uses touch-screen, electronic ones and each person has a personal screen dedicated to sending the order to the kitchen.

Time wise, this place is extremely efficient. Depending on how long you take to order, combined with the speedy delivery time, you are guaranteed to be served food a lot faster than what you’re used to.

After a long day at work, getting yummy sushi instantly is the perfect pick me up.
