John Lewis recently partnered up with Kaldewei to create a bathtub run by Bluetooth; with Kaldewei's Sound Wave system, you can literally transform your own bathtub into a sound system and submerge yourself with your favorite tunes. The high quality sound system increases in amplitude when the bathtub is filled up with water. Since it's only a sound system, you can link as many electronic devices that have enabled Bluetooth to the bath as you want, an iPad, laptop, smartphone etc.
On the Bluetooth bathtub, Kaldewei sales director Angela Ortmann-Torbett says, "With people leading such busy lifestyles it’s important to have time to relax and reflect upon the day, and where better place to do this than in the bathroom, our new Sound Wave system was designed with this in mind, so people can choose a playlist which fits their mood."
