Slow-Smoked Brisket Offerings

Qdoba Now Offers Smoked Brisket as a New Meat Option

In an effort to offer a greater range of meat options, Qdoba Mexican Eats recently added slow-smoked brisket to its menu. With a growing demand for customizable entrees, the new meat gives consumers more opportunities to create dishes that reflect their unique taste preferences.

Qdoba's new Smoked Brisket consists of beef that has been slow-smoked over a real wood fire for several hours to give it a bold flavor profile. The meat can be added to any one of Qdoba's menu items, including its nachos, quesadillas, salads, burritos and burrito bowls. The slow-smoked brisket is also the star of one of the chain's new Knockout Tacos: The Outlaw. This taco consists of Smoked Brisket, corn salsa, habanero salsa, Ancho Chile BBQ sauce, cilantro and Cotija cheese.

The new menu item ultimately brings more diversity and flexibility to Qdoba's menu. As Qdoba President Keith Guilbaul explains, "Smoked Brisket and the new Outlaw Knockout Taco symbolize what Qdoba is all about – bold, differentiated combinations of ingredients that deliver adventurous flavors our guests crave."
