Form-Fitting Fromage Branding

Shorf Cheese Packaging Expresses Ingredient Honesty

Plenty of people are sold on a nice wheel of camembert without requiring any wrapper to entice them. For everyone else, Shorf Cheese packaging adds an extra bite of deliciousness. Its success lies primarily in its simplicity and clarity, since many consumers are accustomed to buying brie and other varieties completely bare.

Alexandra Istratova conceived a fictional dairy product line that would combine the mouthwatering taste of cheese with the sweet flavor of a single fruit. The fusion of two edibles might have resulted in an overcomplicated label, but the designer stuck to just one color. Each plain white paper is printed with a block of purple, orange or brown, matching its corresponding special ingredient. Otherwise, Shorf Cheese packaging has a small amount of black ink to illustrate the image of what's inside.
