The Shelterwood Notebooks are Made of Sustainably Farmed Cherry Wood

Shelterwood is a notebook bound in cherrywood and produced by Field Notes, an American company that produces high-quality notebooks and memos.

The book covers are cut from carefully selected cherry trees grown in sustainable conditions in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Sixty feet of cherry logs yield 5,000 feet of Field Notes veneer material, with wasted wooden pellets used to heat the Field Notes factory.

Placed in between the covers are 48 pages of high-quality paper. The paper is identical to that used in the popular 'America the Beautiful' edition notebooks. The paper ruling is a beautiful shade of green, and the inside covers feature text in an organic mossy green color. Gold staples bind the pages together.

The notebooks sell for $10 per three-pack.
