This Seasonal Stout Utilizes Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup

Fairweather Brewing, based in the Canadian city of Hamilton, has launched a brand new seasonal stout beer that is designed to make use of the most Canadian of ingredients in the form of maple syrup.

However, what makes the Wishing Well 2021 beer truly special is the fact that it doesn't use conventional maple syrup, but rather uses a heavy dose of maple syrup that has been aged in bourbon barrels. As well, this annual seasonal beer is infused with Sri Lankan cinnamon, whole bean Kenyan coffee and vanilla to give it a magnificent flavor profile that is reminiscent of maple waffles, craft coffee and bitter chocolate.

Available on Fairweather Brewing's online store and its retail location, this seasonal stout is the perfect hearty accompaniment to festive celebrations.
