Leading outdoor vehicle manufacturer Polaris has taken advantage of the AUVSI Unmanned Systems show to showcase a high-tech robotic vehicle, dubbed the MRZR X, that is designed to assist infantry personnel away at war.

This robotic vehicle takes advantage of an included connected platform that allows it to be operated in a wide variety of autonomous modes depending on the need of the hour. For example, the vehicle can be programmed to lead or follow another vehicle, move fully autonomously, be controlled remotely or be controlled by a regular driver.

This wide range of operability systems, coupled with a rugged design that allows it to conquer tough terrain, makes the MRZR a veritable soldier on wheels for the military.
