'Rift of the NecroDancer' is a Rhythmic Battle Story Game

Rift of the NecroDancer is an upcoming rhythm game from Brace Yourself Games, the creators of 'Crypt of the NecroDancer' and 'Cadence of Hyrule.' The game stars Cadence, who has to navigate the modern world and repair the rifts that have torn her life apart. The game features three modes: Rift, Mini Game, and Boss Battle, each with different gameplay mechanics and challenges.

In Rift mode, Cadence has to fight waves of monsters that emerge from the rifts, using a one-two punch to the beat of the music. In Mini Game mode, Cadence has to complete various tasks such as driving a car, playing guitar or cooking, all in rhythm with the soundtrack. In Boss Battle mode, Cadence has to face powerful enemies that require precise timing and strategy to defeat.

The game boasts a brand new soundtrack from Danny Baranowsky and collaborators, who also composed the music for Crypt of the NecroDancer. The game also supports modding, online leaderboards, and more. Rift of the NecroDancer is expected to release soon on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
