As part of Clerkenwell Design Week, Loll Designs showcased its new recycled outdoor furniture line and the line's environmentally-friendly components.
Featuring bold colors and simple styles, these recycled outdoor furniture pieces can be made to look either eye-catching or to blend in with the background as the homeowner desires. The furniture is made from "discarded milk and detergent packaging" and each piece is made up of about 300 milk jugs. On top of this, most of the products and materials that are used and need to be discarded in the process of constructing this furniture are also recycled.
Although the simple pieces come with a hefty price tag, the sustainable practices behind their design make the price worth it.
