Protect What's Behind You is a Campaign Reminding Motorists to Be Cautious

In order to remind motorists to pay the utmost attention when they are reversing, Toyota teamed up with street graffiti artist Ernest Zacharevic and Happiness Brussels for the project 'Protect What's Behind You.'

Six illustrations decorated the Q-Park Lepage car park in Belgium advocating a message from Toyota for drivers to pay attention and to "drive with a rearview camera." Zacharevic is known for his interactive graffiti murals that seem to realistically pop off of the walls. The portraits he drew were of little children drawing on walls or just having fun. Some of the graffiti even included real materials like a shopping cart or a toy tricycle with them.

The Protect What's Behind You campaign hopes to lower the rate of children who are hurt each year from being hit by reversing vehicles.
