Futuristic Island Yachts

Project Utopia Could be Mistaken for a Landed Alien Spaceship

Project Utopia is aptly named as it looks like a futuristic home for a sophisticated community of humans. It also looks like a landed UFO. However a person will interpret the design of Project Utopia, it is clear that it is an impressive creation. Part floating island, part luxury yacht, it was conceived by BMT Nigel Gee and Yacht Island Design.

Although Project Utopia simply looks like a manmade island, it doesn't remain stationary. Instead, it is fitted with thrusters on each leg that propels it slowly to new locations. In addition to this feature, Project Utopia boasts eleven decks that have multiple swimming pools, four helicopter landing pads, an observatory, theater, restaurant, casino and more.
