Universal Mobile Payment-Processing

Poynt is a POS Terminal Compatible with All Payment Services

With so many different companies coming out with cutting edge payment systems, the former head of Google Wallet decided to introduce a universal POS terminal. Launched by Osama Bedier, Poynt is a nonpartisan check-stand for mobile payments.

This new product has a tablet on one side for the cashier with a small screen for the customer on the other. Ideal for small retailers, Poynt has a simplistic white casing that houses all the software connecting the two screens. The POS terminal is compatible with traditional swipe credit cards, chip credit cards, Apply Pay, Google Wallet, QR codes and Bluetooth transactions. The software is similar to that of Android and is compatible with all apps.

Ideal for the politics-avoiding retailer, Poynt is like the Switzerland of mobile payments as tech companies battle it out.
