Krispy Kreme and Popsicle® Debut Three New Summer-Ready Doughnuts

Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Good Humor and Popsicle to launch three new ice cream truck-inspired doughnuts, all of which will be available to purchase starting July 18. The three new summer-ready treats include the 'Popsicle® Firecracker™ Inspired Doughnut,' the 'Creamsicle® Inspired Doughnut,' and 'Creamsicle® Inspired Chiller.'

All three of the new doughnuts borrow flavors directly from classic ice cream truck treats. For example, the 'Popsicle® Firecracker™ Inspired Doughnut' comes dipped in blue raspberry icing and topped with red and white cream. As a result, it mimics the look of the iconic popsicle.

"Should a doughnut really taste like a Creamsicle? Yes. Yes it should," said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme. "And we didn’t stop there as we doughnutized some of America’s favorite frozen treats this summer."
