Outdoor furniture gets a macabre redesign in the Pool Souviens Toi Que Tu Vas Mourir chair. The French name of this skull-shaped seat translates to "remember that you will die." The holes of the back rest have been cut in such a way that the white seat look like a morbid skinless cranium. The name and look of this plastic chair emotes an eerie and creepy feel. However, its intricate design would intrigue enthusiasts of Gothic decor.
The Pool 'Souviens toi que tu vas mourir' chair is the only one of its kind at the moment. It can be seen on display at the 'Nouvelle Vague, the New French Domestic Landscape' exhibition at the Milan Design Furniture Fair taking place April 12-17.
