Nabati Ice Cream Shop Offers Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Cold Desserts

Many consumers are opting for zero-waste and plant-based products, and Miami-based ice cream shop -- Nabiti -- offers both vegan and plastic-free ice creams. The company was founded by Ola Kayal who was frustrated with the lack of sustainable frozen dessert options and decided to launch Nabiti to bridge the gap.

Nabiti -- which translates to "plant-based" in Arabic -- features bold and innovative flavors such as Raspberry & Thyme, Matcha Powder, Pumpkin Seed Butter, and Cup of Earl Grey. The unique flavors are made from cashews and coconuts and were developed by Kayal who commented: "As a chef, I have been developing recipes for a while, and this just came with a lot of trial and error." In addition to the avant-garde flavors, the ice cream shop boasts reusable and compostable products to reduce its environmental impact.
