Kate Winslet Protests Wrinkle Removal in Magazines

Kate Winslet was on the cover of Parade magazine and the story inside bragged about how she was OK with the furrow in her brow and the fact that it moved because she didn’t have Botox injected. Ironically, Kate Winslet appeared in full frontal nudity in "The Reader" and is taking some flack for her body looking too good for a Nazi prison camp guard. Apparently the photo editors for the Kate Winslet spread didn’t get the message to keep her natural because they heavily photoshopped the images of Winslet throughout the feature story. Kate Winslet even went so far as to exclaim that she was OK in her own skin and didn’t obsess about her weight.

There is strong Oscar buzz about Kate Winslet’s role in Revolutionary Road. "Nominated for five Oscars and still awaiting a win; surely this is her time. Back with Leonardo DiCaprio and directed by husband Sam Mendes the family drama Revolutionary Road may be Kate’s chance," says a fan website. Kate Winslet discussed how she felt acting with Leonardo DiCaprio again.
