SpotOn lets users pick the date and time they would like to be picked up. Currently, the app requires two hours of lead time to ensure drivers can meet and pick them up. In addition, users should indicate the number and the type of pets they are bringing on the tip. SpotOn does allow for some customization as users can request preferred drivers if available. This allows dogs to get comfortable with drivers for a smooth and seamless drive.
