Perrier- Jouët's Champagne Bottle Wrap Uses Paper Pulp and Vine Shoots

Perrier- Jouët's new champagne bottle features an elegant 'Belle Epoque Cocoon,' which is crafted using upcycled vine shoots and molded paper pulp. The 'Belle Epoque Cocoon' bottle wrap was created using the Colorform molded-pulp packaging system from James Cropper. It comes in an opulent gold color and furthers the brand's sustainable practices with the inclusion of upcycled vine shoots.

Perrier- Jouët desired brand-new packaging that would defy expectations of luxury and serve as a model for circularity and recyclability in the winemaking industry. The finished product has an organic shape that delicately envelops the bottle and is constructed mostly from virgin paper pulp obtained from FSC-approved, sustainably managed forests.

Printing on the bottle is removed thanks to the brand's iconic Art Nouveau-inspired Japanese anemone logo being debossed into the bottle cover.
