So, instead of wood shavings, you'll get beautiful cheese sprinkling down onto your pasta. What's even more impressive is that they've come up with three flavors for the "pencil," which include truffles, pesto and chili. The package even shows how many calories you're consuming based on how much you shave off.

Unfortunately, the Parmesan Pencil was created in only 500 limited runs sold out in two weeks.
