Organic Sneakers in Amsterdam

Veja Collection By Christine Phung

Trend Hunter covered the launch of Veja in 2006, the first organic sneakers made out from organic cotton from Brazil, natural latex from the Amazon Forest and ecological leather. From that time, an enormous number of brands have followed the lead of ecology to sell more; but Veja has kept true to its origins and believing in a sustainable future, becoming one of the hottest sneakers for teenage bohos in Paris today.

Since I really like this brand, I could not stop me from highlighting the launch of an exclusive collection from French designer Christine Phung. Full of fun and electric colours, it is only sold at its shop in Amsterdam. Worth a trip!
