Loyalty Donut-Ordering Apps

Dunkin' Donuts is Testing Out a Menu App for On-the-Go Ordering

Popular donut chain Dunkin' Donuts is unveiling a new ordering app to streamline the process of selecting menu options and paying. The app is designed to encourage consumers that are on-the-go to order before they arrive to the cafe's location so that by the time they arrive, their order is waiting to be picked up.

The Dunkin' Donuts app is primarily focused on delivering product fast to the consumer with virtually no wait time. Customers can browse the app and order food items, donuts and coffee and pick up at their location of choice, or even have the food delivered in 45 minutes through Door Dash.

Currently Dunkin' Donuts is testing the app out at locations in Portland, but hopefully the app's convenience leads it to spread to all locations.
