When Fred Stobaugh's wife Lorraine passed away recently, the romantic widow poured his emotion into the lyrics of a song dedicated to her. He states that the words just came to him and that each lyric felt right. When Fred saw an ad in the local newspaper for an online singer/songwriter competition sponsored by 'Green Shoe Studio,' he decided to mail in his entry. While Fred's entry wasn't suited to the online contest, the passion behind his lyrics inspired the studio so much that they decided to bring the song to life.
Along with the touching song, a documentary entitled 'A Letter From Fred' was made to highlight the incredibly story.
