Multipurpose Convertible Dresses

Work to Flirt Dress

Busy career girls will soon have a versatile dress which converts from demure black to sizzling hot date attire with just a few deft moves. The design cleverly allows the wearer to fold up sleeves and collars, reverse a belt, raise the hemline and unbutton a skirt slit to reveal bright red linings and last but not least, a little more cleavage. The result is a shorter, sexier dress perfect for an after work date.

The prototype dress appropriately called "Work to Flirt" was designed by Tansy Hamley for Dating.com. She said, " The dress has been really well received, with women saying that it absolutely takes the hassle out of planning their date outfits. Many have joked that it helps them transform in a Superman style make-over".

The idea for the dress came after Dating.com (UK) conducted research into dating found out that 42% of the 1000 women surveyed preferred not to wear their office clothes for after work socialising. Two thirds of the women detested having to take a separate outfit to work. Interestingly, 40%of the men surveyed weren't too keen on their dates turning up in office wear.

Several chain stores have already expressed an interest in the dress.
